Returns
Each Melody Elizabeth piece is quality inspected by me,
before shipping. I accept returns only on damaged
items upon received shipment.
Because each piece is an original,
and I want it to reach its new owner/home in fresh & pristine condition, this is the only type of return I will accept.
If you feel a piece to be defective for any reason,
please contact me immediately, BEFORE wearing the garment.
If the garment is worn I will not accept the return.
I am committed to the quality of my clothes and accessories and want my customers to be happy with them
so please inspect your item carefully.
As with any item that breaks/rips from normal wear, I will happily fix your purchased item free of charge up to 3 months from date of purchase. All I request is that you mail it to me.
Include note stating the damaged area
along with proper return postage, so I can mail it back to you.
I will try to fix the item as close to the original purchase.
